1. Kim biziz

2. Cihazınızda kalan veriler

Aşağıdaki veriler telefonunuzdaki yerel bir veritabanında (SQLite) tutulur, hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez ve uygulamayı sildiğinizde tamamen yok olur:

• Girdiğiniz oyuncu ve takım adları
• Skorlar ve tur geçmişi
• Ayarlar (dil, ses, titreşim, hareketi azalt)
• Hangi kelimelerin daha önce çıktığı (tekrar etmemesi için)

Bu alanlara gerçek ad yazma zorunluluğunuz yoktur; takma ad kullanabilirsiniz.

3. Hareket sensörü

Oyun, telefonu alnınızda eğerek oynanır. Eğim verisi yalnızca cihazda, anlık olarak işlenir; kaydedilmez ve iletilmez. iOS bu erişim için sizden izin ister; vermezseniz dokunmatik moda geçilir.

4. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)

Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob üzerinden reklam gösterilir. AdMob şu verileri işleyebilir:

• Cihaz reklam kimliği (iOS'ta IDFA, Android'de Reklam Kimliği)
• IP adresinizden türetilen yaklaşık (şehir düzeyi) konum
• Cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri, reklam görüntüleme/tıklama olayları

iOS'ta izleme izni: ilk oyununuzu bitirdikten sonra size Apple'ın "İzlemeye İzin Ver" sorusu gösterilir. İzin vermezseniz reklamlar kişiselleştirilmez — oyun tam olarak çalışmaya devam eder. Avrupa'da ayrıca bir onay (UMP) formu gösterilir.

5. Satın almalar (Apple & RevenueCat)

Party Plus aboneliği ve tek seferlik satın alma, Apple'ın kendi ödeme sistemi üzerinden yapılır. Kart bilgileriniz bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz — onları yalnızca Apple görür.

Satın alma durumunuzu cihazlar arası tanıyabilmek için RevenueCat adlı servisi kullanıyoruz. RevenueCat'e giden veriler: rastgele üretilmiş anonim bir kullanıcı kimliği, satın aldığınız ürün, işlem tarihi ve abonelik durumu. Adınız veya e-postanız gönderilmez.

7. Çocuklar

GuessUp, App Store'da 17+ olarak derecelendirilmiştir ve 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. "Parti" modu yetişkin temalar (alkol göndermeleri) içerir; "Aile" modu her yaşa uygundur.

8. Haklarınız (KVKK / GDPR)

Uygulama size ait tanımlanabilir bir veri saklamadığı için silme talebi çoğu durumda gereksizdir: uygulamayı silmek cihazdaki tüm verinizi kaldırır. Reklam kimliğinizi iOS'ta Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme, Android'de Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar üzerinden sıfırlayabilir veya kapatabilirsiniz.

9. Destek ve iletişim

Sık sorulanlar

• Aboneliğimi nasıl iptal ederim? iPhone'da Ayarlar → [adınız] → Abonelikler → Party Plus → Aboneliği İptal Et. İptal, dönem sonunda geçerli olur.
• Satın alımım kayboldu. Ayarlar ekranındaki "Satın alımları geri yükle" düğmesine dokunun ve satın alırken kullandığınız Apple Hesabı'yla oturum açtığınızdan emin olun.
• Eğim algılanmıyor. Kalibrasyon ekranında hareket izni verildiğinden emin olun (iOS: Ayarlar → GuessUp → Hareket ve Yön). Sensör yoksa oyun dokunmatik moda düşer.
• Reklamları kaldırmak istiyorum. Ayarlar → Party Plus. Abonelik veya tek seferlik satın alma reklamları tamamen kaldırır.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncellersek yukarıdaki tarihi değiştirir, önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinde bilgilendirme yaparız.

Summary

1. Who we are

GuessUp is a party game by ACM Gedik. Privacy questions: efeyapiyor@gmail.com

2. Data that stays on your device

Stored in a local SQLite database, never uploaded, and fully deleted when you uninstall the app:

• Player and team names you type
• Scores and round history
• Settings (language, sound, vibration, reduce motion)
• Which words have already appeared, so they don't repeat

You are not required to use real names — nicknames work fine.

3. Motion sensor

The game is played by tilting the phone on your forehead. Tilt data is processed on-device and in real time only; it is never stored or transmitted. iOS asks your permission for this access; if you decline, the game falls back to touch mode.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version shows ads through Google AdMob, which may process:

• Your device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android)
• Approximate (city-level) location derived from your IP address
• Device and app information, ad impression and click events

App Tracking Transparency on iOS: after you finish your first game, Apple's "Allow Tracking" prompt appears. If you decline, ads are simply non-personalized — the game keeps working exactly the same. In the EEA a consent (UMP) form is shown as well.

5. Purchases (Apple & RevenueCat)

The Party Plus subscription and the one-time purchase both go through Apple's own payment system. Your card details never reach us — only Apple sees them.

We use RevenueCat to recognize your purchase across devices. Data sent to RevenueCat: a randomly generated anonymous user id, the product purchased, the transaction date and your subscription status. Your name and email are not sent.

6. What we do not collect

• No account, email or phone number — no sign-up
• No camera or microphone access
• No contacts, photos or file access
• No precise (GPS) location
• No analytics or tracking tools beyond ads and purchases
• We do not sell your data to anyone

7. Children

GuessUp is rated 17+ on the App Store and is not directed to children under 13. The "Party" mode contains adult themes (references to alcohol); the "Family" mode is suitable for all ages.

8. Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)

Because the app stores nothing that identifies you, a deletion request is usually unnecessary: uninstalling the app removes all of your on-device data. You can reset or disable your advertising identifier under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on iOS, or Settings → Google → Ads on Android.

To have your purchase record deleted, email efeyapiyor@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days.

9. Support and contact

FAQ

• How do I cancel my subscription? On iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Party Plus → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period.
• My purchase disappeared. Tap "Restore purchases" on the Settings screen and make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with.
• Tilt isn't detected. Make sure motion access was granted on the calibration screen (iOS: Settings → GuessUp → Motion & Orientation). Without a sensor the game falls back to touch mode.
• I want to remove ads. Settings → Party Plus. Either the subscription or the one-time purchase removes ads entirely.

If we update this policy we will change the date above, and notify you in the app for material changes.
