Bu koşullar, GuessUp mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indiren veya kullanan kişi ("siz") ile Uygulamanın geliştiricisi Mehmet Efe Aytaş ("biz") arasındaki sözleşmedir. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
GuessUp bir sessiz sinema / tahmin oyunudur. Telefonu alnınıza koyar, ekrandaki kelimeyi görmezsiniz; takım arkadaşlarınız anlatır, siz tahmin edersiniz. Doğru bildiğinizde telefonu aşağı eğer, pas geçmek için yukarı kaldırırsınız.
Uygulama tamamen çevrimdışı çalışır. Hesap açmanız, giriş yapmanız gerekmez; oyun içeriğinin tamamı uygulamanın içinde gelir. Reklam gösterimi ve satın alma doğrulaması dışında sunucumuzla iletişim kurulmaz.
Uygulamayı kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanım için Apple App Store kurallarına uygun şekilde kullanmanıza izin veriyoruz. Bu lisans devredilemez. Şunları yapamazsınız:
Uygulama App Store'da 18+ olarak derecelendirilmiştir ve 18 yaşından büyük olduğunuzu beyan ederek kullanırsınız. Uygulama içinde dört mod bulunur: Aile, Arkadaş, Çift ve Parti (+18). Parti modu alkole ve hafif müstehcen parti temalarına göndermeler içerir; küfür, cinsel içerik veya çıplaklık içermez. Aile modu her yaş için güvenli olacak şekilde filtrelenmiştir.
Bütün kategoriler ve bütün kelimeler ücretsizdir. Hiçbir oyun içeriği satın almanın arkasında kilitli değildir.

Abonelik, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme bedeli, dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde Apple ID hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Aboneliğinizi dilediğiniz zaman cihazınızın Ayarlar → Apple ID → Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. Satın alma işlemi Apple tarafından yürütülür; ödeme, faturalandırma ve iade süreçleri Apple'ın kontrolündedir. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
Cihaz değiştirdiğinizde veya uygulamayı yeniden kurduğunuzda Ayarlar → Satın alımları geri yükle ile Party Plus erişiminizi aynı Apple ID üzerinden geri alabilirsiniz.
Satın almalar Apple üzerinden yapıldığı için iade talepleri Apple'a iletilir. Bize doğrudan iade yapma yetkisi verilmemiştir. reportaproblem.apple.com adresinden talep oluşturabilirsiniz.
Party Plus satın almayan kullanıcılara Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterilir. Ekstra turu açmak için isteğe bağlı olarak ödüllü bir video reklam izleyebilirsiniz — bu tamamen sizin tercihinizdir ve oyunun geri kalanını etkilemez. Reklamların kişiselleştirilmesi, iOS'taki izleme izni tercihinize bağlıdır; izni reddetmeniz oyunu hiçbir şekilde kısıtlamaz. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası'na bakın.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağına dair bir garanti vermiyoruz. Hareket sensörüne dayalı kontrol, cihaz donanımına ve kullanım koşullarına göre farklı davranabilir; sensör kullanılamadığında dokunmatik mod devreye girer.
Fiziksel güvenlik: Oyun telefonu alnınıza koyup hareket etmenizi gerektirir. Oynarken çevrenizde yeterli boş alan bulunduğundan emin olun. Oynarken meydana gelen fiziksel zararlardan veya cihaz hasarından sorumlu değiliz.
Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Her hâlükârda toplam sorumluluğumuz, son 12 ayda Uygulama için bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli bir değişiklik olduğunda bu sayfadaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Değişiklikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Bu, tüketici olarak bulunduğunuz ülkenin mevzuatından doğan haklarınızı ortadan kaldırmaz.

These terms form the agreement between you, the person downloading or using the GuessUp mobile app (the "App"), and Mehmet Efe Aytaş, the App's developer ("we"). By using the App you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
GuessUp is a charades-style guessing game. You hold the phone against your forehead so you cannot see the word on screen; your teammates act it out and you guess. Tilt the phone down when you get it right, lift it up to pass.
The App works fully offline. No account and no sign-in are required, and all game content ships inside the App. Apart from serving ads and validating purchases, no data is exchanged with a server of ours.
We grant you permission to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the Apple App Store rules. The licence is non-transferable. You may not:
The App is rated 18+ on the App Store, and by using it you confirm you are over 18. It contains four modes: Family, Friends, Couple and Party (+18). Party mode includes references to alcohol and mildly suggestive party themes; it contains no profanity, sexual content or nudity. Family mode is filtered to be safe for all ages.
Every category and every word is free. No game content is locked behind a purchase.

Party Plus is available in two forms:
The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Purchases are processed by Apple, so payment, billing and refunds are under Apple's control. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
If you change device or reinstall the App, use Settings → Restore purchases to recover your Party Plus access via the same Apple ID.
Because purchases go through Apple, refund requests are handled by Apple; we are not authorised to issue refunds directly. You can raise a request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Users who have not bought Party Plus are shown ads via Google AdMob. You may optionally watch a rewarded video to unlock the bonus round — that is entirely your choice and does not affect the rest of the game. Whether ads are personalised depends on your iOS tracking-permission choice; declining it does not restrict the game in any way. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will run uninterrupted or error-free. Motion-based control can behave differently depending on device hardware and playing conditions; when the sensor is unavailable, touch mode takes over.
Physical safety: the game asks you to hold a phone to your forehead and move. Make sure you have enough clear space around you while playing. We are not liable for physical injury or device damage occurring during play.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App. In any event our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms. When something material changes, the "Last updated" date on this page changes. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the current terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not remove any rights you have under the consumer legislation of your own country.
